This is a great white wine from the Languedoc region of France. To produce this wine, Les Vignerons have matched two slightly more unusual grapes together, but it actually works very well.
The colour is pale yellow with green hues, giving the impression of a clean and vibrant wine that will refresh. From the Vermentino you'll get notes of white flower and pear with a hint of spice lingering on the nose. You'll also get fresh and fruity notes of green apple freshness from the Colombard. With these two grapes paired together, this wine is incredibly easy to drink with a balanced acidity and good length. We think this sits very nicely with grilled white meats or seafood dishes. A light meal of seared scallops and summer salad paired with this white wine is a match made in heaven!
