Very pale straw and a fine, persistent perlage. The aroma is fruity with hints of ripe golden apple and small mounatin flowers. The dry, fresh and flavoursome sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste.
La Gioiosa, owned by the Moretti Polegato family of Villa Sandi fame, is produced in the heart of Treviso in north east Italy. They are the only family to own vineyards in all DOCG areas of Prosecco.
